Our story

The flavours, colours and sound of Thailand, a block from the beach

Sea Wave is Avalon's local Thai: a busy wok, a hot sizzling plate and a room that smells of lemongrass and lime. Grab a table inside or out on Avalon Parade, or take it home after a swim.

We cook it properly. Lamb shank simmered for seven hours in massaman, whole barramundi fried crisp and dressed in chu chee or tamarind, soft shell crab, cinnamon duck, and a Tom Yum that wakes you right up.
